In addition to our expertise and our on-site cooking capabilities, our full-service catering packages also help set us apart from other catering companies. Along with delectable entrees, we’ll be happy to include beverages and hors d’oeuvres in your custom package, which are perfect for a cocktail hour at a wedding or corporate event. We can also provide linens, china, and silverware, all at affordable per-person prices. If you’d like, our caterers can even arrange for tent, table, and chair rentals, as well as set up lighting and music. How Much Will It Cost?
Each event is entirely unique, therefore it would be simply impossible to put a single price tag on what it would cost for Serve All Catering to cater your special event. We will be happy to prepare a detailed proposal for you based upon the selections you make. Our prices may vary (higher and lower) depending on several factors including group size, location, and date.
No Hidden Fees
The buffet menu pricing represents the actual cost of the buffet & reception package for events of with guests counts of 100 or more. Please inquire for pricing on guest counts lower than 100.
Additional charges are as follows:
Service Charge: Our service charge is the ‘behind the scenes’ work necessary to produce a successful event. It is a percentage of your food, beverage, and labor total, as well as any fees implemented by your venue. It covers all administrative labor, chefs, vehicle rentals and gas, and maintenance of equipment.
Staffing Charge: Staffing charge is the face of SAC at your event. This includes your Banquet Manager and point of contact, all servers, and on site kitchen staff. Responsibilities include setup, maintenance, and breakdown of your event as outlined in your Banquet Event Order. SAC staff will adhere to any cleanup requirements as stipulated by your venue.
Gratuity: Gratuity is at the sole discretion of the client. We encourage you to tip your staff for outstanding service.
Miscellaneous Charges: Any additional services or rentals you request and an 12.5% tax will be listed individually on your proposal.
Staffing and Service Charges are based on an event time of 4 hours. Speak with your coordinator if additional time is required.
How much notice is needed to reserve my event?
Wedding receptions typically book 4-12 months in advance. We suggest reserving your date as soon as it is confirmed. Summer weekends and all dates in December fill very quickly. So if you are planning your wedding any time from next month to next year, contact us today and reserve your date!
